Our invitation-only Partnership Program is how we say "thank you" to our supporters within the paleo, ketogenic, nutrition, recipe, medical, and healthy-living communities. Through their support in spreading the word, we are able to keep our costs as low as possible, enabling us to be a more efficient provider of grass-fed meats, our exclusive Omega-3 chicken, Omega-3 turkey, Omega-3 pork, our "Whole Cow" pet food,  plus nutritional commentary, newsletters, recipes, and whatever else fits with our The Real Diet of Man appraoch. We invite you to join us today.

The program pays affiliate partners 17.5% of the first transaction for their "new customer" referrals to SGFM. An affiliate partner’s new customer referral is then registered as the affiliate partner’s permanent customer for all of the new customer's future purchases. The commission on future transactions is 3.00%. Commissions are paid monthly unless the amount owed is less than $50.  When commissions for a month are less than $50, they will accumulate month to month and be paid when they reach or exceed $50 in a following monthly payment cycle.

All current customers of SGFM are either SGFM customers or customers of affiliate partners. Only referrals of new customers are eligible for commissions to be paid. Only new customers will be assigned to a referring affiliate partner.

By registering you agree to our terms of service as listed below as well as Tapfilate's' terms of service (http://tapfiliate.com/tos).

1) Term of the Agreements: The Agreement begins with our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either party to this agreement may terminate it at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. The 3% commission will continue to be paid after termination on customer orders from customers that were assigned to you as an affiliate partner during the term hereof. The 3% commission can only be discontinued by mutual agreement.

2) Referrals: Only new customers to SGFM are eligible for commissions to be paid on their transactions. Only new customers can be assigned to the long-term clientele lists of referring affiliate partners. All current customers on the books of SGFM are either assigned to SGFM or its affiliate partners. SGFM will make all determinations regarding old and new customers as well as customer assignments to affilate partners. All decisions are final and cannot be disputed.

3) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time at our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include changes in referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

4) Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

5) Independent Investigation: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

6) Spyware / Spam: We will refuse all applications or signups from affiliates which we believe participate in spyware, adware, spam or parasiteware techniques for driving traffic. We reserve the right to research and investigate affiliates and their activities and, at our own discretion, determine whether or not these practices are in place. Affiliates found in violation of this policy will be immediately terminated from the program and will forfeit all commissions.
